B.Tech Mechanical Engineering, IIITDM Kurnool, 2023 to 2027
SujalNegi
I don't start things to try them. I start them to finish them.
Engineer by training, builder by instinct, founder in the making. When I take on a problem I own all of it: the design, the team, the deadline and the result. Once I'm in, I stay in until it works. This deck is the record so far.

Who's building this.
I'm a mechanical engineer who works across manufacturing, software and program management. I design vehicle hardware, ship live AI systems and lead a 19-member autonomous vehicle team.
On the hardware side that means chassis, steering and drive design for a ground vehicle, and mass and component placement for a drone. On the software side it means agentic marketplaces and real-time verification tools that people can open and use today.
What ties it together is how I run things: gate the spend behind proof, split the roles so no one person holds every key, and always keep a path to real users.

Limen
Agentic procurement marketplace for industrial tenders
- Built a multi-agent tender marketplace to compress a 2 to 3 month manual procurement cycle into days.
- Evaluates suppliers on cost, specs and availability, with sealed bidding, escrow settlement and reputation scoring.
- Enforces buyer ceilings and seller floors in a Solidity contract, so no agent can lift its own spending limit.
- Splits raise, approve and pay across three role-gated desks, so no one account can both create and settle a request.
- The LLM handles text only. Every figure comes from a deterministic engine, verified by 539 automated checks.
Solidity, Node.js, React, LLM integration
- Tender
- 400 spindle bearings
- Seller floor
- ₹3,60,000
- Buyer ceiling
- ₹4,80,000
Khata
Real-time claim verification for live sales calls
- Built a co-pilot that checks claims made mid-call against a deterministic rules engine and returns a verdict in milliseconds.
- The model stays advisory. The rules engine decides what is true, and 324 automated checks hold that boundary in place.
Next.js, TypeScript, SQLite, LLM integration

Navyam
Autonomous drone for industrial monitoring
- Lead an 8-member team across airframe, propulsion and payload, managing mass and component placement.
- Gated hardware spend behind a 0.5 m docking milestone in Gazebo, then flew 20 m × 20 m GPS-denied surveys.
UAV design, Python, ROS 2, PX4, Gazebo
Navya
Autonomous ground vehicle, where I'm project lead
- Lead a 19-member team across perception, controls, hardware and software, owning delivery end to end.
- Lead chassis, steering and drive system design, and integrate LiDAR, camera and IMU for field testing.
- Own sub-team interfaces and the risk register, and drive the roadmap and go-to-market plan toward a startup.

Run workshops and hackathons reaching 600+ students, owning the annual plan, budget, sponsors and core team.
How I operate.
Four habits I keep coming back to, whether the thing is a drone, a marketplace or a student club.
Spend only after the proof
On Navyam, hardware spend waited until the drone hit a 0.5 m docking milestone in simulation. Cheap proof first, expensive parts second.
Separate who asks from who pays
Limen splits raise, approve and pay across three role-gated desks, the same control a good purchasing team uses, built into software.
Let the model talk, let the rules decide
In Limen and Khata the AI writes the words and a deterministic engine owns the facts, backed by 863 automated checks across both.
Build toward a customer
Navya has a risk register and a go-to-market plan, not just a demo. Limen was pitched to IBM judges and placed in the top 4 of 25 finalists.
